I. PURCHASING PRODUCTS
eNcipient accepts orders from billing addresses within the United States. No shipments will be made to shipping addresses outside of the continental United States. If you make a purchase from eNcipient you are transacting directly with eNcipient and ownership of any purchased items transfers to you immediately upon shipment.
II. PROOF of PURCHASE
eNcipient will send you confirmation of your purchase if you have included an email address with your order. If no email address is given at the time of order, you will receive a confirmation of your order by regular mail when your purchase is shipped.
III. SHIPPING OPTIONS
US Priority Mail Standard 2-3 business days
Delivery time and shipment date are based on product availability, time of payment processing and warehouse processing. In most cases purchases placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Purchases will only be shipped within the continental United States.
IV. REFUNDS AND RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for exchange or refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 30 days, subject to a Return Authorization from eNcipient LLC. Keep your purchase, accessories and all packing materials in new condition to avoid any restocking fees. Web and mail order purchases require an RA (Return Authorization) number. For an RA (Return Authorization) number, call Customer Service at 1-866-960-8737. Please note that an RA # does not guarantee final disposition and all returns are subject to inspection. All exchanged/ returned merchandise must be in original factory carton, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the original manufacturer’s carton. In some cases, we may charge you and reduce your credit for the replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written-on or taped-on contents or cartons. We reserve the right to refuse any such items.
